THE PROCESS

i'm with you through it all.
 here's a step by step look into my process.

Shortly after you submit your inquiry, I will schedule a time for us to meet - zoom, facetime, phone call, etc. This is a chance for you to share all about your wedding day hopes and dreams, and a chance to ask any questions you may have. This is a great way to ensure that I am the best fit for you.

If we both decide it's a good fit, we make it official! I ask for a 30% retainer fee upon booking - once this is completed and the contract has been signed, your date is locked in! 

One month prior to your wedding date, we will schedule a time to chat through any last minute photo priorities and concerns. I will send over a questionnaire for you to fill out, this will help me navigate the photo needs for the day. 

You can call, text, email me any time leading up to your wedding. My goal is to finalize all details and gather clear expectations so you can simply enjoy your day and let me do the rest. 

As the celebration comes to an end and you are boarding your flight to your perfect honeymoon destination, you will find 50+ sneak peek images of your wedding day delivered to your email inbox. Within 6-8 weeks, you will receive your final gallery to download, share, post, and print.

Enjoy full printing and sharing rights, sneak peeks within 72 hours, and personalized communication with your lead photographer from the first email to the final delivery. Licensed and insured, we ensure a seamless and professional experience, with customizable add-ons.

Collection Two includes 8 hours of wedding day coverage, complemented by a pre-wedding engagement session. With both digital and film coverage (35mm and medium format), you'll receive a stunning and diverse gallery, delivered digitally with full printing and sharing rights. Enjoy personalized communication with your lead photographer from start to finish, sneak peeks within 72 hours, and the assurance of licensed and insured services. Customizable add-ons are available.

I love working with clients in my home state, but I also love traveling! I am more than willing to travel to you, national and international. Fill out the inquiry form and we can chat more about the details!

Do you only take clients located in TN?

If you are interested in booking both digital and film coverage, this number is customizable. We can do 50% digital and 50% film, or 80/20, 60/40, and so on. I typically deliver 100 photos per hour.
(example: on a 6 hour wedding day, you will receive around 600 images)

How many photos will we receive? 

My turn around time for engagement sessions is 2 weeks. For weddings and elopements, you can expect your final gallery to be delivered within 4-6 weeks from your wedding day. 

When will my gallery be delivered? 

Yes! You can pay in full when you book, or pay in 3 installments. Your balance must be paid in full 30 days before your wedding date.
I require a 30% retainer fee upon booking. 

Do you have payment plan options?

Of course! I believe that one of the most crucial aspects of my job is to ensure that you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I will provide direction and guidance for posing as necessary and capture candid shots throughout the session.

I'm awkward in front of the camera - can you help?

What you see on my website is a good representation of what you will receive in your final gallery. I care about you and your story and I believe that shows through my images, however, I understand that I may not be the photographer for everyone. Trust your gut.
